Can I Hold 1,105 lbs for a Full Minute?

An extreme static support challenge using 1,105 lb—about 6.3 times bodyweight—with the goal of maintaining the load for a full minute. Heavy supports create an enormous whole-body bracing demand, challenging the upper back, trunk, hips, and legs to maintain position under a load far beyond normal full-range squat weights.

Two Vertical Bar Plate Transfer Challenge

A grip and coordination challenge that combines hanging endurance, body control, and precision rather than traditional strength training. Success depends on maintaining grip, controlling body position, and accurately transferring the weight plate between bars under fatigue.

Can I Hold 945 lbs For a Full Minute?

An extreme combined static hold that loads the body simultaneously through the shoulders and hands, creating enormous demands on whole-body bracing, grip, upper-back strength, and neuromuscular control. Heavy static holds can be useful for developing strength and tolerance to high loads, but loads of this magnitude are highly advanced and require years of progressive preparation.

Cliffhanger Bar Climbing Challenge

A Ninja Warrior-style climbing challenge that turns two angled barbells into a compact hand-over-hand obstacle course. Staying suspended throughout the climb creates continuous demands on the grip, forearms, biceps, lats, upper back, and core, while changing direction between the bars adds a major coordination and body-control challenge.
