When you’re working hard for most of the year it’s important to have some serious down time, and for many people that downtime comes in the form of travel or specifically a holiday.

Staying in shape while travelling can be a serious challenge, and many people report weight gain after their trips, often through over-indulging and through lack of activity, it doesn’t have to be that way.
