I'm a huge fan of training at home for a wide variety of reasons.
First, it allows you to train at your own convenience, not having to worry about gym hours, busy times or commuting to the gym. Making workouts more convenient means you're much more likely to actually DO them consistently.
Second, you don't have to wait for equipment, which means you can do whatever you want, whenever you want.
Third, you tailor your environment to your own preferences...whatever music you want to listen to, what equipment you want to have in your gym, and where you put it.
That being said, there are a few substantial downsides to training at home.
You need to have the space to put your equipment in and you need to have money to purchase that equipment.
That's why home gym equipment is quite often built to perform multiple functions.
And that's where the DAV bench from Trainnox comes in... this review will take you through everything you need to know about the bench and how it stacks up.

The video above is going to give you the complete rundown on this bench...I'll give you a bit more information here as well.
The DAV bench is a multi-functional bench that gives you flat, incline, decline, leg accessories and a unique, angled preacher pad.
The incline back rest raises up very easily, with a simple post design.
The backrest comes down into a decline position as well.
The bench is easy to move using the handle on the one end and wheels on the other.
The Preacher Curl pad is angled to make the exercise more effective for targeting the biceps...this is a unique design that I haven't seen on any other benches. I found it to be very effective.
The pads for the leg curl are adjustable in distance.
What Exercises Can You Do With The DAV Bench?
This bench gives you the ability to safely and effectively perform a very wide variety of exercises...everthing from flat bench press to rows to shoulder press, leg curls, and much more.
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Presses using the Preacher Pad as a back rest.
Incline Dumbbell Presses using the preacher pad backwards (to allow you to arch the upper back and puff out the chest).
Bottom line, this is a solidly built, very useful piece of home gym equipment.
The DAVE bench does have a few issues but the overall quality of this bench is excellent and there are enough ways to work around the issues to allow you to do pretty much any exercise with this bench that you can do effectively with any other bench.
The additional unique features of this bench definitely make up for any issues you might run into.
The ability to do leg work along with some very unique upper body training could make this a very versatile addition to your home gym.
