What Exercises Work the Lower Body Besides Lunges?

Question:

What exercise can I do to work out my lower body besides lunges? I have bad knees so lunges hurt.



Answer:

It's not uncommon for knees to hurt with Lunges. Squats are a good alternative, though those may give you trouble as well.

Here's how to do Squats
