Answer: It's not uncommon for knees to hurt with Lunges. Squats are a good alternative, though those may give you trouble as well. One-Arm Gripping Dumbbell Squats are one of my favorite thigh exercises as well. For training the glutes without any knee involvement, one legged glute deadlifts are perfect. |
