Thank you for using the Metabolic Monsters workouts! This update contains an additional 20+ workouts for you to play with.

Now, I didn't make it required in the form, but if you could do me a small favor and, in the form below, send me any feedback, results and/or a testimonial for the Metabolic Monsters workouts, I would greatly appreciate it!

For example, if you'd like to see more of any kind of workout, particular ones you enjoyed, how they worked for you (i.e. fat loss, conditioning, strength gains, etc)...
