it's not uncommon at all to see very little loss in
weight on the scale even as you're reshaping your body.
It's most likely a result of a gain in muscle mass as
you're losing fat mass! Muscle is more dense than fat,
so even though your weight may not be dropping, your
body will be getting tighter and your composition will
be changing for the better.
Once your body slows down
on building muscle (and building muscle is a very good
thing...more muscle equals more calories burned!), you'll
see a bit faster drop in bodyweight.
Make sure with your healthy
eating that you are also eating the proper amount of
calories, either more or less, depending on your situation.
If you eat too few calories, your body may tend to hold
on to extra weight. If you are eating healthy, but still
taking in too many calories, it might slow down your
weight loss as well.
