Answer:


Back - bent-over barbell rows, deadlifts, one arm dumbell rows, chin-ups, pulldowns
Chest - bench presses (all kinds), dips, flyes, cable x-overs
Biceps - barbell curls, dumbell curls, incline dumbell curls
Triceps - dips, pushdowns, close grip bench, bench dips, tricep extensions (lying and overhead)
Shoulders - seated dumbell press, military press, lateral raises, rear delt raises
