1. Start by doing one set of each of the exercises listed on the Exercises page two or three times per week, e.g. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Do as many repetitions as you feel comfortable with within this set, e.g. 8 wall push-ups. Do not try and push yourself the first few times. Just learn how to do the exercises. Do one set of each stretch from the Stretches page after you've done your exercises.
2. Do not change anything with your diet for the first three weeks. If you try to change everything in your lifestyle all at once, you may not end up changing anything at all. After three weeks of doing your exercises regularly, start to incorporate some of the principles from the Nutrition page into your diet.
