Now
that you have all this great knowledge, it is
time to put it all together. You must now figure
out how to incorporate exercise and healthy eating
into your lifestyle. Here
are some tips to help you plan your attack: 1.
Write everything down. 2.
Change your lifestyle slowly. 3.
Don't let your exercise and eating happen by accident. How
to Start - The Fitstep Two-Step 1.
Start by doing one set of each of the exercises
listed on the Exercises
page two or three times per week, e.g. Monday, Wednesday
and Friday. Do as many repetitions as you feel comfortable
with within this set, e.g. 8 wall push-ups. Do not
try and push yourself the first few times. Just
learn how to do the exercises. Do one set of each
stretch from the Stretches
page after you've done your exercises. 2.
Do not change anything with your diet for the first
three weeks. If you try to change everything in
your lifestyle all at once, you may not end up changing
anything at all. After three weeks of doing your
exercises regularly, start to incorporate some of
the principles from the Nutrition
page into your diet. The
