4D Energy and Vitamin Drink Review

Don't have the time or the money to buy and use a bunch of different supplements?

Or maybe you don't like taking a bunch of pills every day...

If so, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

The product is called 4D...a combination of 30 ingredients targeted to improving your overall health, endurance, immunity and energy levels.

4D Energy and Vitamin Drink Review

What's in 4D?

Here's the full list of ingredients you'll find in the 4D drink mix packets.

4D Energy and Vitamin Drink Ingredients

It has a nice range of vitamins included in the mix with high levels of several of the B vitamins (which are associated with energy production and nutrient digestion). This can be very beneficial for your overall energy levels, especially if you don't get a lot of B vitamins in your diet.

If you drink coffee for the energy kick, 4D contains 150 mg of caffeine, which is comparable to a cup or two of coffee (depending on how it's brewed and processed), in addition to several other nutrients that can help boost energy and mental focus (yohimbe, ginseng, taurine and tyrosine, for example).

Glucosamine is included for joint support while beta alanine is included for improving muscular endurance.

How to Get The Best Results from 4D

As with any "all in one" supplement like this, you'll often find that the amounts of some of the various nutrients in each serving aren't substantial.

For example, the 40 mg of vitamin C included in the formula is really not enough to make a big difference in your overall health. This is a criticism that I could apply to a huge number of products on the market today....it's a compromise between focusing on just a few things and using higher doses, or including a variety of things to cover more health goals.

The 4D drink is targeted to covering a variety of health goals.

That being said, many of the nutrients included in the formula (beta alanine, for one) are what's known as "loading" nutrients.

This means that you won't really notice a difference in your endurance from taking one serving...but over time, as you take the product consistently, your body will "load up" on that nutrient and you WILL start noticing a different in your endurance.

The REAL key with a product like this is consistency of use.

Make a habit out of taking it every single day (morning, afternoon, pre-workout, etc.) and you will notice a gradual improvement in a variety of aspects of your health and performance.

I definitely would NOT recommend taking it in the evening, though, unless you actually WANT to stay awake. The caffeine and other energy-focused ingredients could interfere with your sleep, if taken too late in the day.

Who Should Use 4D?

This product is designed for people who are on the go and have a tough time getting nutrition during the day. It's a nice way to start your day...just open up a pack into a glass of water, stir and drink it down...and give yourself a boost of energy.

The various flavors are quite good: Tropical Punch, Pina Colada, Raspberry Lemonade and Peach Tea.

I didn't find one that I didn't like. In fact, the Tropical Punch flavor literally tastes like the Hawaiian Punch you drank as a kid (if your mother let you, of course!).

Is There Anything Missing From 4D?

While the formula has a lot of stuff in it, I think it could benefit from the addition of magnesium and potentially bumping up the potassium levels. Most people are deficient in magnesium and every little bit helps. With potassium being a critical electrolyte, there are benefits to getting more of that as well, especially if you take this pre-workout, like I do.

There's always going to be a tradeoff in terms of what you put in versus what you want to put in and what you actually have room for in the product formula.

Overall, I think it offers a good spectrum of nutrients...more targeted to improving energy levels rather than the other goals like joint support.

That being said, I don't think it's wrong to include nutrients that are helpful for long-term health, especially if it's unlikely a person will go out of their way to actually take something that supports their joint health.

By focusing on energy levels, the product is giving you immediate impact with long-term benefits included.

Bottom Line:

Overall, 4D is a good nutrition/energy product. It's easy to use, has tasty flavors, and contains a variety of nutrients to give you a good boost during the day, with benefits to

Personally, I like to take this right before a workout for a quick "wake up" to my energy levels.
